The status of the new back end is:
- the cg is rewritten to allow an easier support of other processor thought
the generic cg which should make porting much more easier isn't written yet.
But it isn't necessary that the m68k uses this generic cg.
The i386 cg doesn't use it either. Adapting the 0.9.5 m68k cg to the new cg 
style
shouldn't be that much work.
