Webutils is a UNIT to interact between the webserver and the user via Common Gateway Interface (CGI). All $QUERY_STRING data are stored in a QUERY_STRING variable of Ansistring type. The UNIT ifselt detects what method are been parsed to the program, GET or POST method.
