[Pas2js] how to build The latest Pas2js compiler from trunk on windows

Does somebody of use have .cmd or .bat file which can be used to build
Pas2js for windows from The latest trunk branch?
Compiler is so outstanding project that it is very good to test its latest
development version. When I have tried resulting WEB apps in action, I have
definitely decided to work with this app because WEB apps are The future. My
biggest joy is being caused by The fact, that resulting .pas code do not
have to use functions or procedures for GUi element creation with number
position values.
Many todays projects and programming languages are based on visual
designers. Those designers are perfect for The sighted majority of
developers so I can not degradate The work of sighted developers on them,
because it is really perfect for sighted programmers, who can see designed
form on The fly.
But for Me as A visually impaired man, using web.pas unit or Webcrt unit is
The best possible approach. Sure, I must hardly learn some info to program
from memory, but resulting code will work.
