[Pas2js] TMS Web core released - based on pas2js.

They say:
"Do I really need the Delphi IDE to develop with TMS WEB Core? -> The 
IDE is not strictly needed. The compiler can be invoked from the command 
line too to compile projects."

Hence it should be usable with Lazarus ???
