[fpc-pascal] What to do to get new users

The compiler has FPC and OBJFPC modes. There’s so many little differences
and mode switches at this point it’s not good enough to say “go to Delphi’s
website for more information” and even if you did why would you rely on
them?

It’s just a big missed opportunity to not take control of language
promotion at the place the people are downloading the compiler. This level
of misdirection is enough to lose users before they even consider anything.
