You never heard of Delphi, ElevateWeb, Smart Mobile Studio, PascalScript, OxyGene ?<br>There are some others, can't recall the name. There is a Russian version,<br>called abcpascal or something similar.<br><br>They all implement "object pascal", as defined by Delphi.<br><br>

<div dir="ltr">The compiler has FPC and OBJFPC modes. There’s so many little differences and mode switches at this point it’s not good enough to say “go to Delphi’s website for more information” and even if you did why would you rely on them?</div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">It’s just a big missed opportunity to not take control of language promotion at the place the people are downloading the compiler. This level of misdirection is enough to lose users before they even consider anything.</div><div dir="ltr">
