but language servers don't do any syntax styling so they're only half the solution. I was also disappointed to learn they don't allow arbitrary commands that apply text ranges to the editor. That would mean a unified interface for the countless scripts people write for editors like Sublime Text. Worst is the "Class Completion" feature in CodeTools can't be implemented in editors unless Microsoft extends the protocol.
