[fpc-pascal] no fpc.exe file after installation

Hello,

i installed “fpc-3.0.2.i386-win32.cross.x86_64-win64” on my laptop with windows 7, but there seem to be no fpc.exe file, so i can´t compile.
In which folder should this file be? Where can i get it from?
