Paradoxically, "IfThen" hinders future usage of the code in case when is
used Math or StrUtils, it will cause unpleasant consequences. Any other
name than "IfThen" is better.

To be clear : I like new feature but the name *must* be different. It is
impossible to prove that "IfThen" name is right ;););) :P.
