[fpc-pascal] List of integers? Any class available in RTL or FCL to help?

- Delphi 2007 with afaik most of the current generics syntax in 
  the .NET part : March 2007

We might have not aware of that at the time (who really used Delphi.NET?), but
we were definitely not the first.
