FWIW, on Debian, the file /usr/lib/fpc/2.6.4/lexyacc/yyparse.cod is
supplied by the fp-utils-2.6.4. package.

/usr/lib/fpc/lexyacc/yyparse.cod points to this file via symlinks.
Looks like a packaging bug to me, unless the relevant package is missing.
