[fpc-pascal] Why is Free Pascal a blacklisted package on linux distro?

Sounds like it came out of "Project Fahrenheit" which was supposed to be 
a collaborative effort between SGI and MS. IIRC SGI eventually disposed 
of the documentation on the bonfire at a beach party.
