[fpc-pascal] Why is Free Pascal a blacklisted package on linux distro?

See http://bugs.freepascal.org/bug_view_advanced_page.php?bug_id=20200 for the full story (it's less spectacular than that message may suggest at first sight). It has been resolved in FPC 2.6.0, so if anyone tells them they'll presumably include it.
