[fpc-pascal] Installing *.deb Packages

I am not familiar with the deb system and so on, but I can imagine that this 
should not be _that_ hard work to do so.
For me this seems like deleting one ore more entrys somewhere in the deb file.
Then more people are lucky than with the dependency rallye.
