He is subscribed, but the message was held for moderator approval  
because there were too many recipients. Too the original poster:  
please only post to the list instead of directly to 20 of its  
subscribers. Mailing people directly in this way will not increase  
your chances to get help, but rather decrease them (because it's  
impolite).
