[fpc-pascal] Compiling Lazarus and LCL using rebuilt FPC RTL

Hi Guys,

Assuming that a FPC RTL rebuild has succeeded, can somebody please describe 
the process of rebuilding Lazarus and the LCL using the new FPC RTL?
