[fpc-pascal] DirectFB for FPC beta tarball

Hello Roland

Thanks for the committ andd the tar ball.. I've set aside next weekend to
explore and begin testing it. Perhpas others in the group are like me and
putting the tarball on their 'To-Do' list.
