[fpc-pascal] Internal Error 200212277

I often got the error from FPC "Internal Error 200212277" when I build  
my applications using Lazarus, whatever the version of fpc (<=2.2  
others I don't know)
It happens only when I choose "build" and not "Build all", so when my  
apps are not entirely rebuild.

What is it exactly ?
Have I something to do from my side ?
