There is a Mac Pascal list at http://lists.sonic.net/mailman/listinfo/mac-pascal

It's not specific to FPC nor Lazarus, but developers of both are  
present on that list (users of FPC as well; users of Lazarus possibly  
also but in any case to a lesser extent).
