[fpc-pascal] fcl-db: oracle SP

I'm new to Oracle.

What's "pipelined function"? "select * from table(sf())" seems to 
requires a table. Does an SF belong to a table?

Ah, I need to dig more to Oracle manuals, obviously. :)
