[fpc-pascal] MPICH2 on FPC

Well, not MPICH2, as I decided that my efforts are best spent on the best 
MPI, OpenMPI :)

I'm in contact with Jeff Squires of the OpenMPI project to add a Pascal 
interface to it and I'm working on a conversion of mpi.h for OpenMPI. I'm 
doing the conversion carefully, so it can be a first step to defining an 
MPI specification for Pascal.

Could you do me a favour? Subscribe to the OpenMPI mailinglist and show 
your interrest in a Pascal interface. This makes discussions easier :)
