[fpc-pascal] MSEide+MSEgui Version 1.6

Hi,
MSEide+MSEgui version 1.6 for Free Pascal 2.2 has been released:

It is mainly a bugfix and "many small improvements" release.
The MSEgui base units have been refactored in order to implement a GUI 
independent tapplication class which is used in MSEifi. It is possible that 
you need to add mseapplication, mseact, mseguiglob and mseglob to uses.
