[fpc-pascal] New classchart.pdf

Find here new version of FPC/Lazarus Class Chart.

I need comments & feedback, also from Lazarus developers...

Details:
Work still in progress

Le list of classes is now generated automatically (based on a quick & 
dirty file search on lazarus directory).

The plan is to put the class chart into a ttreeview linked with sources.

The chart is made on the model of old postscript file classchart.ps with 
some modifications.
