[fpc-pascal] reference to dynamic libraries on web site

I was looking this morning at the "Future Plans" page
(http://freepascal.org/future.html) reading about the plans for 2.2.
One of the items made me curious:

   - Support for dynamic libraries

I know Free Pascal already allows me to create .dll's and .so's, so
what exactly does this refer to? Sorry if the question is noob-ish.
