[fpc-pascal] fpGUI, fpGFX and fpIMG projects have moved

Hi,

The fpGUI, fpGFX and fpIMG projects has moved to SourceForge.  They
have also been merged under one directory structure.  The 3 projects
will now be known as the fpGUI (Free Pascal GUI Library) project.

Please note that you cannot use the 'svn switch' command to move the
location of your current checked out code.  I had issues importing the
old repositories to SourceForge, so instead created a complete new
repository.

Using your SVN command line client you can checkout the new code as follows.
  svn co https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/fpgui/trunk fpGUI


The code can also be browsed online with a Web Browser at:
  http://fpgui.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/fpgui/trunk/


The News Group server will stay where it is. See
