[fpc-pascal] FPC and Lazarus as a main RAD tool?

That is exactly almost literally counted in the first message of the thread.
Taking counted advantages and incorporate it in FPC/Lazarus will possible
improve the project. I'm unable to wrote simpler words on English if it is
not obvious already.
