ive checked, theres only one fpc.cfg in the system, and its in:
c:\fpc\2.0.0\bin\i386-win32\

Really, the fpc ..\..\.... ("trick?") from bin directory does work so
far, but thats not elegant, neither it can use the makefile in the
example's dir, so some further tips are highly appreciated.
