For Win32 or Linux you can use my Synapse. (from my web you can download 
latest Synasnap version, what working with FPC 1.9.4 too). 

Synapse is compatible with Delphi from version 3 (to delphi 8 for .NET!), 
C++Builders, Kylixes and with Freepascal, of course.
