[fpc-pascal]Can't make Win32 zip install

I also have a strange problem with making on a win me machine (previously
reported but not fixed)...If I do a make echotime from command line it works
ok, but not in batch! Guess it has to be a make fault? 

Is this related? Can the makeechotime be removed?
