Quoting it completely and sending it back to the mailing list won't 
help. It's already reported. If everyone on this this list does the same 
(send it with full headers to abuse at rackspace.com, stating it's been 
sent by a customer of theirs (209.61.154.92) and that the spamvertized 
site "www.SomeoneLikesYou.com" is also hosted by them (209.61.152.206)), 
maybe rackspace will even do something about it...

And yes, restricting posting to the mailing list to members only would 
have prevented this. But as I posted a couple of hours ago on fpc-devel 
(in response to that suggestion):

This was already discussed a while ago. While it's possible for people 
posting from different addresses to subscribe with all those addresses 
and set all but one to "no-mail" (so they can post using all those 
addresses and still receive only one copy of each message sent to the 
mailing list), the general consensus was that there isn't enough spam on 
these lists to warrant such a measure which would inconvenience several 
people. And yes, that sentence is waaaay too long :)
