Hmmm, I don't think that this is spam, it's just a usual email.

As far as I know, you develop a OOP wrapper for GTK, no?
Satan is a quite active member of the lazarus mailing and I suppose
he wanted to pointed out that with lazarus there is another GTK/FPC
related project and that joining the efforts could reduce
work.

But I think your project and lazarus have different goals, so it isn't
reinventing the wheel.
