[fpc-pascal]Translation from TP7 to freepascal

Dear friends,
I am trying to migrate a programe I made some years ago from TP7 to 
freepascal; the problem is that it uses the unit turbo3.tpu and it seems it 
is incompatible with freepascal in its binary format.

Is there anyway to obtain the source of this unit?
Is there any equivalent unit?
