[fpc-pascal]Page Flipping with win32 exes?

Is it possible to do page flipping with graphics in win32 compilings? 
 I have a dos program that uses SetActivePage and SetVisualPage 
but that doesn't seem to be working.  I currently have version 1.0.4 
installed.
