[fpc-pascal]Need Windows Dialog Help - redux

About two months ago, this topic was posted to the mail 
list.  Just recently I have tried to convert a program
from console mode to windows mode -- and therefore I 
need to create dialog boxes.

If any kind soul out there has a (small) program example
of a Windows dialog box, I would appreciate getting a 
copy.  Something simple, like
   display dialog box
   get user input
   display the user input in another window
   halt

would be fine.

I have looked at the some of the contributed units on
the Free Pascal web page, but nothing seems to address
Windows dialog processing.
