[fpc-pascal]BeOS port merged in 1.1 development branch

The only difference between the free and pay versions is the extras you
get - in this case that would be the developer tools I suppose. The
underlying operating system is the same.
You can download the developer tools if you need them from Be (~8mb iirc)
