[fpc-pascal]Today snapshot

It's v1.1 snapshot, but I solved the problem by setting -FD switch... Anyway
I had setup path to FPC bin directory...

Off course not, seems like the resource compiler exe is missing... Is this
with 1.0.5 or 1.1 snapshot ?
