[fpc-pascal]go32 & win32 snapshots

Hello all fpc'ers...FYI, the go32 & win32 'daily' snapshots, v1.1 & v10 are
all working ok, except that the v11 ide snapshots are not being generated at
present until they are fixed & updated. The v10 ide is up to date & working
& should be used instead. See ftp freepascal.org/fpc/snapshot/... for all
the snapshots, readmes, changes status etc.  

Please report problems, stating the version, o/s & date, with short examples
of the code, where possible, to [devel] email list. Sending good information
& a short code example will get your problem fixed faster!
