[fpc-pascal]Compiling the compiler

I already have the version 1.0.0 of FPC. I want to download the latest
version sources. Can I compile the 1.0.4 version with 1.0.0 compiler? Or
have I to download the precompiled binaries again? I use the go32v2 version
