What shall I do to use GTK+ libs in a Free Pascal program for Windows?

I'm trying to do it, but several errors occurs. I use fpc 1.0 and have
gtk-1.3.dll, gdk-1.3.dll, glib-1.3.dll.

Is there another way to display windows.. buttons ..etc.. with Free
Pascal for both Linux and Windows?

(Excuse my poor English, I understand quite a lot but I can't  write it
correctly.)
