This looks to me as if we should at least separate *release users* (and 
newbies) from more advanced (SVN...) users. It might make sense to 
provide different access and information pages for both groups.

Your message text frequently uses a codepage different from the codepage 
setting in the message (header). What you enter as an ellipsis arrives 
as a 'Š', like in
   Hopefully I'm notŠ
