You need to download fpc-3.0.4a.intel-macosx.dmg (3.0.4a instead of 
3.0.4) to be able to install on macOS 10.14. Normally, all of our 
download mirrors have been updated with this version. Where did you 
still find a fpc-3.0.4.intel-macosx download?
