[fpc-devel] Improved Int function

 As touched upon in the bug report for the broken Frac function, I have
submitted my improved Int function as a separate bug report (
https://bugs.freepascal.org/view.php?id=33693 ).  I have supplied a test
program and a sample log to demonstrate correct behaviour.
