packages/fcl-web/src/base/[restcodegen.pp, restbase.pp] were merged to 3.0
branch by marco after the last googleapi change.

Units in the bottom of stack like custcgi.pp and httpdefs.pp were also
merged

Seems to me that was a matter of forgetting

If can be merged now is another history considering the Jonas messages...
