A nice example of Creative measuring.
FPC 2.6.0 of last januari has mostly 2006-2007 features. And D2009 is a
landmark, version, the first one to major break compatibility in a decade
with many very major features. (unicode is just one of them), so it is
logical that will take more than a year.
