Extend fpc\utils\fpcm\fpcmmain for avr32 so fpcmake -Tall will cover
avr32-embedded as well.

First, you need a compiler generating avr32 code.

It's only about the embedded rtl, not about the porting the compiler.

Look at fpc/compiler/arm to see what the arm port needs. Then you need
to create similiar files for avr32.
