[fpc-devel] (Re)compiling FPC or is there something like fpc.bpg?

There is already a fpc.lpi which can correctly build and debug the
compiler using Lazarus as the IDE.

There is nothing like that for the RTL and Packages AFAIK, but one
could possibly create that, setting a call to the makefiles to build
it.
