And before doing a lot of guess work: it is already known that e.g.
fillchar is a bottleneck (probably not only for the compiler). So better
mail the fastcode coders if we get permission to integrated the fastcode
fillchar routines into fpc. This is not that hard, just look how this is
down for move.
