[fpc-devel] XML canonical

Hi
  this is my first approach to implement canonical transform
  from    <ds:CanonicalizationMethod 
Algorithm="http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/REC-xml-c14n-20010315"/>

 its used in XADES sign.

can somebody review it, if its interesting
