[fpc-devel] -1 mod 3

Or maybe a new switch: COMPUTATIONALLYWRONG_MATHEMATICALLYCORRECT ON/OFF?
Although an assumed standard, lot´s of modern calculations depend on a 
mod being able to assume a negative value.
