[fpc-devel] Release of fpc-2.1.4 aka 2.2.0-beta

Until now everything working fine. Just one little annoying thing: the 
distributed source file (fpc-2.1.4.source.tar.gz - gotten from sf) comes 
with the .svn directories. I hope in the release this will be fixed 
(saves some time in recursive searches).
